Frequently asked questions
How are orders posted?
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail from the UK and all prices on the site are inclusive of tax and duty:
UK orders are sent signed for 2nd class.
European orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Most orders will be delivered by your country’s national postal service once the parcel has left the UK. The web-shop shows 20% VAT tax inclusively in the price, This Will be refund and the order will be shipped with a customs declaration showing the price without tax. When the parcel is handed for delivery to your national delivery service you may be required to pay your local sales tax/VAT, and handling charges may also be applied.
If you're outside the EU, in Europe or further away, orders will still be sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. However, there may well be charges to pay for duty and your local sales tax/VAT. We ship worldwide.
If in the USA, please have a look at the swrve.us site, as this will save you time and money. We only post to the US on the rare occasion stock there has run-out on a product.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, unless it’s a line that needs the legs inseam-hemmed (this adds a day or two to the dispatch time, as the trouser has to go to a professional tailor). If there are any problems with an order an email will be sent.
What is the returns policy?
A returns form is sent with the order and as long as the clothing is unworn, in the condition it was sent out in and returned within 30 days, an exchange or refund will be processed. Please do get a tracking number when returning goods. Exchanges and refunds can’t be done until the goods are received.

Returns after 30 days?
The swrve line is designed to work hard for you and perform day after day. We know the clothing isn’t indestructible, but we do make every effort to provide an item that will impress you ‘down the road’. It’s the conversations you have with your friends 6 or 12 months after you have been using swrve that we think about when designing the range.

How long will a refund take?
Refunds are normally processed within 2 – 4 days of the return being delivered.
Why don’t you have a women’s line?
We did produce a women's line, which ran for the first couple of years, but it just didn't receive enough business to continue. The variety of sizing between women's waist, hip and thigh measurements makes it difficult to produce a range that will work for all, especially for a small company like swrve. However, we do have many female customers who get on well with some of the lines and we carry them in smaller sizes to reflect this. The skinny fit jeans and modal/cotton tops, as well as some of the jackets, are items that look great on and perform well for women.
